💡 Luminous Lemon Pop Shots

Zesty lemon drop with glowing tonic fizz — tangy, bright, and bold.

🍋 Ingredients (makes 10–12 shots):

• 1/2 cup lemon vodka

• 1/4 cup tonic water (UV-reactive glow under blacklight)

• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

• 1 tbsp simple syrup (or limoncello for a sweeter twist)

• 1/2 tsp edible glitter or shimmer dust (silver or gold shimmer)

• Optional: 1–2 drops neon yellow food coloring (for that poppin’ lemon glow)

✨ Optional Rim:

• Lemon wedge + yellow sanding sugar or sour sugar crystals

• Zest a little lemon peel into the sugar for extra punch

🔆 Instructions:

1. Rim the Shot Glasses:
   Rub a lemon wedge around the rim, then dip in yellow sugar. Let dry.

2. Shake the Shine:
   In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine:

   • Lemon vodka

   • Tonic water

   • Lemon juice

   • Simple syrup or limoncello

   • Edible glitter

   • Neon yellow coloring (if using)

3. Shake well until icy.

4. Strain into the sugar-rimmed shot glasses.
