A punchy fusion of rum, citrus, and almond with the glow of paradise—classic tiki flavor, now in a neon-lit shot!
🍍 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)
🍹 For the Shot Base:

1 oz light rum

1 oz dark rum

1 oz orange curaçao

1 oz fresh lime juice

1/2 oz orgeat syrup (almond syrup; adds that signature Mai Tai flavor)

1/2 oz pineapple juice (for tropical depth)

1/4 oz simple syrup (optional, to sweeten if needed)

Tiny pinch of edible shimmer or luster dust (optional for a glowing swirl)

Ice (for shaking)
💡 For the Neon Glow Rim:

Honey or lime juice (to rim the glasses)

Neon-colored sanding sugar (green, orange, pink, or yellow)

Glow tip: Mix tonic water-dampened sugar + neon food coloring, then let it dry—UV reactive!
🍸 Instructions

Rim the Shot Glasses

Dip rims in honey or lime juice.

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine:
