Description

🥭 Mango Berry Freeze Cocktail

Fruity, bold, and irresistibly icy.
Frozen mango meets mixed berries and white rum in a vibrant slushie-style cocktail that’s perfect for poolside sipping, summer parties, or any time you want a chill tropical buzz.

📝 Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 2 oz white rum (like Bacardi or your favorite brand)

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks 🥭

  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) 🍓🫐

  • ½ oz lime juice (optional, for a tart balance)

  • ½–1 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste, depending on the sweetness of your fruit)

  • ½ cup crushed ice or a few extra frozen fruit chunks

  • Garnish: Lime wedge, mint sprig, or a few whole berries

🍹 Instructions:

1. Load the Blender

In a blender, add:

  • Frozen mango chunks

  • Frozen mixed berries

  • White rum

  • Lime juice (if using)

  • Simple syrup

  • Crushed ice

Blend on high until smooth and slushie-like. Add a splash of water or juice if needed to help it blend.

2. Taste & Adjust

Taste test your cocktail:

  • Too tart? Add a little more simple syrup.

  • Too thick? Add a small splash of water or pineapple juice.

  • Too boozy? Toss in a few extra mango chunks to mellow it out.

3. Serve

  • Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, rocks glass, or stemless wine glass.

  • Optionally, swirl a little berry puree around the inside of the glass before pouring for visual flair.

4. Garnish & Enjoy

  • Garnish with a lime wedge, mint sprig, or a few whole berries on top for a beautiful presentation.

🧊 Optional Add-Ons:

  • Tropical Boost: Add 1 oz pineapple juice or coconut water for island vibes.

  • Creamy Twist: Add a splash of coconut cream for a mango berry colada fusion.

  • Mocktail Version: Skip the rum and use mango juice or sparkling berry water instead.
