Mayonnaise and Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• Optional: ½ cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
• Optional garnish: parsley
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Pat chicken dry and lay the breasts in the dish.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.

If you want crunch, sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the mayo mixture.

Bake 25–30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden and bubbly.

Let it rest for a few minutes, then sprinkle with parsley and serve.
