Mermaid Piña Colada

 Ingredients (Serves 2):

• 4 oz white rum (or Malibu coconut rum for extra flavor)

• 2 oz blue curaçao

• 1 cup pineapple juice

• ½ cup cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)

• 1½ cups frozen pineapple chunks

• 1½ cups ice

• ½ tsp edible pearl dust or blue shimmer luster dust (optional)

• Whipped cream (optional topping)

• Garnishes: pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, mermaid tail pick, edible glitter, or gummy sea creatures (optional)

🧊 Instructions:

1. Blend the Base:

   • In a blender, combine rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, frozen pineapple chunks, and ice.

   • Add the pearl dust or shimmer dust for a sparkling mermaid effect.

   • Blend until smooth and slushy.

2. Serve:

   • Pour into two tall or hurricane glasses.

   • Top with whipped cream if desired.

3. Garnish:

   • Add a pineapple wedge, cherry, or fun mermaid-themed decorations like tail picks or edible glitter.
