💙🌙 Midnight Blue Margarita
Smooth, citrusy, and dripping with berry-rich vibes—your new signature sip.
📝 Ingredients (Serves 1):

1.5 oz tequila blanco (smooth and clean – choose a good quality one)

0.5 oz blue curaçao (adds color and sweet citrus notes)

0.75 oz blueberry syrup (see homemade version below)

0.5 oz Meyer lemon juice (or regular lemon juice – Meyer adds a floral, mellow touch)

Ice (for shaking and serving)
🍇 Garnish:

Skewered fresh blueberries or a lemon twist
🥃 Glassware:

Old fashioned or rocks glass
🍸 Instructions:

Make the blueberry syrup (if not using store-bought):

In a small saucepan, combine:

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/2 cup sugar
-
1/2 cup water
-

Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 5–7 minutes, gently mashing berries.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve, cool completely. Store in fridge up to 1 week.

Chill your glass:
Fill your rocks glass with ice water while you mix your drink. -
Shake it up:
In a cocktail shaker, add:-
1.5 oz tequila blanco

0.5 oz blue curaçao

0.75 oz blueberry syrup

0.5 oz Meyer lemon juice

A handful of ice
Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare the glass:
Dump the ice water from the glass. Fill with fresh ice (or a large clear ice cube). -
Strain & serve:
Strain the margarita into your glass over ice. -
Garnish:
Add a skewer of blueberries or a lemon twist on the rim.
