Cool mint & glowing coconut swirl β chill, dreamy, and radiant
π₯₯ Ingredients (Makes ~8 shots):

1/2 cup cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)

1/2 cup mint lemonade or mint syrup + lemon juice

1/4 cup tonic water (for glowing effect under blacklight)

1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (or use mint syrup)

2 tablespoons simple syrup (optional, to sweeten)

Edible shimmer dust or white luster dust (for a glowing swirl)

Neon blue or turquoise food coloring (just a drop)

Ice
Cocktail version: Add 1/2 cup white rum, coconut rum, or peppermint schnapps

Mix the base:
In a cocktail shaker, combine cream of coconut, mint lemonade (or lemon juice + mint syrup), tonic water, peppermint extract, and simple syrup. Add rum or schnapps if using. -
Add shimmer & tint:
Stir in a pinch of edible shimmer dust and a drop of neon food coloring to create a radiant swirl that catches the light (especially under blacklight). -
Shake with ice until well chilled and creamy.

Pour into shot glasses:
Let the glitter settle slightly for a dreamy layered effect. Swirl just before serving for a galaxy-like motion. -
