Cool mint & glowing coconut swirl β€” chill, dreamy, and radiant

πŸ₯₯ Ingredients (Makes ~8 shots):

  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)

  • 1/2 cup mint lemonade or mint syrup + lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup tonic water (for glowing effect under blacklight)

  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (or use mint syrup)

  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup (optional, to sweeten)

  • Edible shimmer dust or white luster dust (for a glowing swirl)

  • Neon blue or turquoise food coloring (just a drop)

  • Ice

Cocktail version: Add 1/2 cup white rum, coconut rum, or peppermint schnapps

  1. Mix the base:
    In a cocktail shaker, combine cream of coconut, mint lemonade (or lemon juice + mint syrup), tonic water, peppermint extract, and simple syrup. Add rum or schnapps if using.

  2. Add shimmer & tint:

  3. Shake with ice until well chilled and creamy.

  4. Pour into shot glasses:
