Mushroom Swiss Cheese Meatloaf
Ingredients:

1 ½ lb ground beef

½ lb ground pork
-
1 cup breadcrumbs
-
½ cup milk
-
1 small onion, finely chopped
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
-
4 oz Swiss cheese, cut into small cubes

2 eggs
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
Optional topping: ketchup or gravy
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk for 2–3 minutes.

Add ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, eggs, mushrooms, Swiss cheese cubes, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until combined.

Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.

Bake 50–60 minutes until cooked through. Optional: spread ketchup or top with gravy during the last 10 minutes of baking.

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy.
