Description

Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade seasoning)

  • ½ cup water

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

  • ½ cup shredded lettuce

  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional for heat)

  • ¼ cup sour cream or ranch dressing (optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for warming wraps)

Instructions:

  1. Cook beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring well. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.

  2. Warm tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable. Brush lightly with olive oil or butter if desired.

  3. Assemble wraps: Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce on each tortilla. Add a portion of seasoned beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapeños. Add sour cream or ranch if desired.

  4. Fold and serve: Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla tightly. Serve immediately while warm.
