🌅 Neon Sunset Shots

Orange-pink gradient with glowing yellow fizz — like sipping a rave horizon.

🍹 Ingredients:

Bottom (Sunburst Yellow):

• 1 oz lemon-lime soda

• 1/2 oz tonic water (for UV glow)

• Optional: Neon yellow food coloring

Middle (Electric Orange):

• 1 oz orange soda or mango juice

• 1/2 oz orange liqueur (like triple sec) or orange syrup

• Optional: Drop of neon orange food coloring

Top (Neon Pink Sky):

• 1 oz strawberry lemonade or pink raspberry drink

• 1/2 oz grenadine or raspberry syrup

• Optional: Neon pink or magenta food coloring

Extras:

• Edible glitter or shimmer dust (for radiant swirl)

• Crushed ice or pre-chilled layers

• Clear shot or mini parfait glasses

🌈 Instructions:

1. Mix each layer separately with edible glitter for that radiant, swirling magic.

2. Start with the yellow layer — pour into the bottom of the glass.

3. Float the orange layer gently over the yellow using the back of a spoon.

4. Repeat with the pink layer on top — you should now have a stunning sunset gradient.

5. Serve under a black light to make the tonic-glow fizz shimmer like the last light of a neon day.

☄️ Optional Enhancements:

• Rim the glass with yellow or pink sanding sugar.

• Add a tiny bit of soda water or pop rocks for glowing, fizzy action.

• Use a syringe or pipette to “drip” grenadine down the sides for streaky sky vibes.
