☢️ Nuclear Candy Shots

Neon fruit fusion with glow Pop Rocks.

⚡️ Ingredients (Makes ~6–8 shots):

✅ 1/2 cup Midori (melon liqueur) for neon green
✅ 1/4 cup Blue Curaçao for electric blue tint
✅ 1/4 cup pineapple juice
✅ 1/4 cup sour apple schnapps
✅ 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
✅ 1 packet neon or green Pop Rocks candy
✅ 1–2 tsp simple syrup (for rimming)

💥 Instructions:

1️⃣ Mix the Neon Fusion:
– In a shaker with ice, combine Midori, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, sour apple schnapps, and lime juice.
– Shake vigorously until well-chilled.

2️⃣ Rim the Shot Glasses:
– Dip the rim of each shot glass into simple syrup, then into a plate of Pop Rocks for a “nuclear candy” effect.

3️⃣ Pour the Shots:
– Carefully strain the neon liquid into the rimmed glasses, leaving space for the popping candy to crackle on top.

4️⃣ Final Glow Effect:
– Just before serving, sprinkle a tiny pinch of Pop Rocks on top for that sizzling, crackling glow effect.

🌈 Tips for Drama:

✅ Serve under UV or black light — the Midori and Blue Curaçao glow like neon!
✅ Try adding a tiny piece of dry ice for a smoky, “nuclear” effect.
✅ Make a non-alcoholic version by using lemon-lime soda and blue fruit punch for the color and vibe.
