🍝 Olive Garden Ravioli Carbonara
Ingredients (Serves 4)

1 (20 oz) package cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)

6 slices bacon (or pancetta), chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Cook the ravioli

Bring a pot of salted water to boil.

Cook ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. Make the carbonara sauce

In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving 2 tbsp bacon fat in the skillet.

Add onion and cook until softened (3–4 minutes). Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping up any browned bits.

Simmer 3–4 minutes, then stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
3. Combine

Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss in the sauce.

Stir in crispy bacon and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
4. Serve

Garnish with extra Parmesan and more parsley.

Serve with breadsticks or garlic bread, just like at Olive Garden.
