8 slices soft white bread, crusts removed
4 tbsp creamy peanut butter
8 peanut butter cups
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp butter (for frying)
Optional toppings: powdered sugar, chocolate syrup, whipped cream
Instructions

Flatten bread slices. Spread with peanut butter. Place peanut butter cup at one end and roll tightly.

Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.

Heat butter in skillet. Dip rolls in egg mixture and fry until golden on all sides.

Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve warm.
