Peanut Butter Cup French Toast Roll

Ingredients

8 slices soft white bread, crusts removed

4 tbsp creamy peanut butter

8 peanut butter cups

2 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp butter (for frying)

Optional toppings: powdered sugar, chocolate syrup, whipped cream


Instructions

  • Flatten bread slices. Spread with peanut butter. Place peanut butter cup at one end and roll tightly.

  • Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.

  • Heat butter in skillet. Dip rolls in egg mixture and fry until golden on all sides.

  • Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve warm.
