🔥 Pineapple Blaze Shots

Spiced rum and juicy pineapple blend with golden shimmer for a bold, tropical shot that glows with heat.

🧪 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots):

Shot Base:

• 1/2 cup pineapple juice (chilled)

• 1/4 cup spiced rum

• 1 tbsp lime juice (fresh)

• 1 tbsp simple syrup or honey syrup (optional, to taste)

• 1/2 tsp edible gold shimmer dust or glitter

• Optional: splash of coconut water for a smoother finish

Optional Garnish:

• Crushed red chili flakes (for a spicy rim)

• Pineapple wedge or leaf for garnish

• Toasted coconut flakes (for rim or sprinkle)

🧪 Directions:

1. Mix the Base:
   In a shaker, combine pineapple juice, spiced rum, lime juice, and syrup. Add gold shimmer dust. Shake well until combined and shimmering.

2. Rim the Glasses (Optional):
   Lightly coat rims with lime juice, then dip in chili flakes, toasted coconut, or golden sugar for a spicy-sweet edge.

3. Pour and Serve:
   Fill each shot glass about 3/4 full. Add a tiny pineapple wedge or leaf on the rim if desired.

4. Serve Cold with Style:
