Blend the base:
In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, crushed ice, and coconut cream. -
Blend until smooth:
Process on high until the mixture is thick, creamy, and completely smooth. If needed, add a little more pineapple juice to adjust consistency. -
Serve chilled:
Pour the cocktail into two chilled cocktail glasses or coupe glasses. -
