🌈 Rainbow Whip Shots – Cream Vodka with Rainbow Swirl Top

These shots are like drinking a unicorn’s dessert — rich cream vodka, a velvety base, and a whipped topping in rainbow swirls. Sweet, soft, and picture-perfect for parties or dessert tables.

🍸 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)

For the Shot Base:

• 3 oz vanilla or whipped cream vodka

• 1 oz white chocolate liqueur (optional, for richness)

• 1 oz heavy cream or half & half

• 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for sweetness)

• Ice (for shaking)

For the Rainbow Whip Topping:

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream

• 2 tbsp powdered sugar

• ½ tsp vanilla extract

• Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)

• Piping bags or zip-top bags

For the Rim (optional):

• Marshmallow fluff or frosting

• Rainbow sprinkles or edible glitter

🥄 Instructions

Step 1: Make the Rainbow Whipped Cream

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

2. Divide into 6 small bowls and tint each with a different color of the rainbow.

3. Scoop each color into a piping bag side-by-side (or into one large bag with the colors spooned in vertically for a swirl effect). Chill until ready.

Step 2: Prepare the Glasses

1. Rim shot glasses with fluff or frosting, then dip in rainbow sprinkles or glitter.

2. Chill the glasses in the fridge for 10 minutes to help the whipped cream stay firm when topped.

Step 3: Make the Creamy Shot Base

1. In a shaker with ice, combine:

   • 3 oz cream vodka

   • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur

   • 1 oz cream

   • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)

2. Shake until well-chilled and creamy.

3. Strain into the prepared shot glasses.

Step 4: Add the Rainbow Swirl

1. Pipe a small swirl of the rainbow whipped cream on top of each shot.

2. Finish with edible glitter or a mini rainbow candy if desired.
