Savory Garlic Rosemary Pork Chops with Apple Compote
Ingredients:

4 bone-in pork chops

2 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp butter
Apple Compote:

2 apples, peeled and diced
-
1 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp brown sugar
-
½ tsp cinnamon
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and the diced apples. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

Cook for 5–7 minutes until apples are soft and caramelized into a compote-like texture.

Serve pork chops topped with warm apple compote and a sprinkle of fresh rosemary.
