💥 Shriek Pop Shots 💥
A zippy blast of neon lemon and sweet cherry with a fizzy candy kick—these electrifying shots explode with color, sparkle, and that unmistakable pop!

🧪 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots):

Fizzy Base:

• 1 oz lemon vodka (or plain vodka + 1/2 tsp lemon extract)

• 1 oz cherry liqueur (or cherry vodka + splash of grenadine)

• 1 oz lemon-lime soda (for fizz)

• 1/2 oz sour mix or fresh lemon juice

• 1 tbsp cherry syrup or grenadine

• 1/4 tsp edible neon yellow or red shimmer dust (or both, for swirl!)

• Optional: 1–2 drops neon food coloring (yellow, red, or pink)

Pop Candy Rim:

• 2 tbsp Pop Rocks candy (cherry or tropical punch flavor)

• Lime wedge or simple syrup (to moisten rims)

⚡ Instructions:

1. Prepare the Pop Rim:

   • Just before serving (so they stay fizzy), pour Pop Rocks onto a small plate.

   • Moisten rims of shot glasses with a lime wedge or syrup.

   • Dip into Pop Rocks to coat. Don’t do this too early—they’ll melt!

2. Mix the Neon Shriek:

   • In a shaker filled with ice, combine lemon vodka, cherry liqueur, sour mix, cherry syrup, and shimmer dust.

   • Add food coloring if desired.

   • Shake until icy cold and glowing.

3. Add the Fizz:

   • Strain into rimmed glasses, filling about 3/4.

   • Top off with a splash of lemon-lime soda for a fizzy burst.

4. Optional Garnish:

   • Add a neon gummy or maraschino cherry on a mini sword pick.

   • Float extra shimmer on top for a glitter pop effect.

• Serve under blacklight for neon glow.

• Pour over a candy “pop fizz” station where guests can pick their own rim and garnish.
