Sizzling Bacon Cheeseburger Queso Dip
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 packet taco seasoning (or 1 tbsp burger seasoning)

1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained

1 cup milk
-
8 oz cream cheese, cubed

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tbsp yellow mustard
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: chopped pickles, green onions, extra bacon
Instructions:

Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain grease.

Stir in garlic and taco seasoning, cooking 1 minute.

Add Rotel, milk, and cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese is melted and smooth.

Lower heat and stir in cheddar and Monterey Jack. Cook gently until creamy.

Mix in ketchup and mustard for that classic cheeseburger flavor. Season to taste.

Stir in most of the crumbled bacon, saving a little for garnish.

Serve hot in a skillet or slow cooker on warm, topped with extra bacon, pickles, or green onions.
