Skillet Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Orzo
Ingredients

2 cups uncooked orzo pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded

6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

2 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1 cup chicken broth
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
½ tsp salt (or to taste)

¼ tsp black pepper

Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Stir in uncooked orzo and toast lightly for 1–2 minutes.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender and creamy.

Add cooked chicken, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts and everything is well combined.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
