Skillet Garlic Butter Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients

1 lb beef sirloin or tenderloin, thinly sliced

2 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
-
1 tsp paprika
-
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

½ tsp black pepper
-
1 cup beef broth
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-
1 cup sour cream
-
½ cup heavy cream
-
2 tsp Dijon mustard
-
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Egg noodles or pasta, cooked (for serving)
Instructions
1. Cook the Beef

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sliced beef and sear until browned on all sides (2–3 minutes per side).

Remove beef and set aside.
2. Sauté Veggies

In the same skillet, add onions and cook 3 minutes until soft.

Add garlic and mushrooms; sauté 4–5 minutes until mushrooms are tender.

Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Make the Sauce

Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; simmer 2–3 minutes.

Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard.

Return beef to skillet and stir to coat in creamy sauce.

Simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly and beef is warmed through.
4. Serve

Serve over cooked egg noodles or pasta.

Garnish with fresh parsley.
