🧪 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)

🔹 Skittles-Infused Vodka (Make Ahead):

• 1 cup Vodka (use plain, good-quality)

• 1/4 cup Skittles (separated by color or mixed for a “burst” blend)

🔹 Shot Mix (Per Batch):

• 2 oz Skittles-infused vodka

• 1 oz Lemon-Lime Soda or Club Soda (for fizz)

• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

• 1/4 tsp Edible Glitter or Pearl Dust (for shimmer)

🔹 Garnish (Optional):

• Whipped Cream

• Rainbow sugar crystals or Pop Rocks for the rim

• Mini rainbow candy or a single Skittle on top

🍬 Step 1: Make the Skittles Vodka

1. Separate Skittles by color if you want distinct flavors, or use a rainbow mix for a burst blend.

2. Add Skittles to small mason jars (1 color per jar or mixed).

3. Pour vodka over Skittles, seal, and shake.

4. Let sit for 6–12 hours, shaking occasionally, until Skittles dissolve.

5. Strain through a coffee filter or cheesecloth to remove residue.

🍹 Step 2: Make the Shots

1. Rim your shot glasses with lemon juice and dip in rainbow sugar or Pop Rocks for fun.

2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine Skittles vodka, soda, and simple syrup (if using). Add shimmer powder.

3. Shake well and strain into prepared shot glasses.
