Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Beef Sandwiches
Ingredients:

3 lbs beef chuck roast

1 large onion, sliced

1 cup BBQ sauce (plus more for serving)

½ cup beef broth
-
¼ cup brown sugar
-
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-
1 tbsp smoked paprika
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

8 sandwich buns
-
Optional: coleslaw for topping
Instructions:

Prepare the Beef:

Season beef roast with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Place sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker, then add the beef on top.

Add the Sauce:

In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.

Pour mixture over the beef.

Slow Cook:

Cover and cook on Low for 8–10 hours or High for 4–5 hours, until beef is tender and easily shredded.

Shred and Sauce:

Remove beef and shred with two forks.
-
Return shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix with the juices.

Assemble Sandwiches:

Toast buns if desired.

Pile BBQ beef high on each bun, drizzle with extra BBQ sauce, and top with coleslaw for crunch.
