Description

Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4–6 boneless or bone-in pork chops

  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom, if preferred)

  • ½ cup heavy cream (or milk for a lighter version)

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for extra richness)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the creamy ranch mixture:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.

  2. Add to slow cooker:
Lightly grease your slow cooker. Place the pork chops inside, then pour the creamy ranch mixture over them. Add the butter on top.

  3. Cook low and slow:

    • Low: 6–7 hours

    • High: 3–4 hours
Cook until the pork chops are tender and easily pulled apart with a fork.

  4. Stir and serve:
Once cooked, stir the sauce slightly to mix in the juices. The sauce should be thick and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk or broth.

  5. Garnish:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
