Slow Cooker Honey Butter Pork Chops
Ingredients:

4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/3 cup honey
-
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons soy sauce
-
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary (optional)

1 small onion, sliced
Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:

Prepare the pork chops:
Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. -
Layer the slow cooker:
Place sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay the pork chops on top. -
Make the honey butter sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and thyme or rosemary. -
Pour sauce over pork chops:
Ensure each chop is coated evenly. -
Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until pork chops are tender and fully cooked. -
Serve:
Spoon the honey butter sauce over the pork chops and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
