  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary (optional)

  • 1 small onion, sliced

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pork chops:
Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Place sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay the pork chops on top.

  3. Make the honey butter sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and thyme or rosemary.

  4. Pour sauce over pork chops:
Ensure each chop is coated evenly.
