Slow Cooker Reuben Dip
Ingredients
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
• 1 cup chopped corned beef
• 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
• 1/2 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
• Chips, crackers, or toasted bread for dipping
Instructions

Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray.

Add cream cheese, sour cream, shredded Swiss, chopped corned beef, pickles, dressing, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 1–2 hours, stirring occasionally, until melty and creamy.

Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve immediately with chips, crackers, or toast.
