Smoked Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
• 8 slices of hearty bread (sourdough or artisan works best)
• 2 cups smoked brisket, thinly sliced
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella
• 2 tbsp butter, softened
• Optional: caramelized onions, pickles, or BBQ sauce
Instructions

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

Butter one side of each bread slice. Place bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.

Layer brisket and cheese on the bread in the skillet. Add caramelized onions or a drizzle of BBQ sauce if desired.

Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side up.

Cook 3–4 minutes per side until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Press lightly with a spatula for extra crisp.

Slice and serve hot, with optional pickles or a side of dipping sauce.
