Spicy Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lemon (plus extra slices for garnish)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
🔪 Instructions
1. Prep the Shrimp

Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
2. Sauté the Shrimp

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until pink and slightly crispy around the edges.

Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add a touch more butter if needed.

Sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add lemon juice and stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
4. Combine Everything

Return shrimp to the skillet and toss in the sauce for about 1 minute, until well coated and glossy.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
