Description

🌈 Starburst Drip

A juicy, candy-inspired mocktail that tastes like a melted pack of Starburst in a glass.

🍬 Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup strawberry lemonade

  • 1/4 cup tropical fruit punch

  • 1/4 cup orange juice (no pulp)

  • 1 tbsp mango syrup or peach syrup (optional, for extra candy kick)

  • Splash of lemon-lime soda or sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional: 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (for a creamy Starburst swirl)

  • Edible glitter or neon food coloring (optional for visual drip effect)

  • Garnish: mini skewers of Starburst candies, a sugar rim, or a colorful rock candy stick

🌟 Directions:

  1. Prepare the Glass:
Rim the edge of a tall glass with lemon juice and dip in colored sugar or crushed candy. Optional: drip sweetened condensed milk tinted with neon pink or orange down the inside of the glass for a “candy drip” effect.

  2. Mix the Mocktail:
In a shaker (with ice), combine strawberry lemonade, fruit punch, orange juice, and mango syrup. Shake gently until chilled.

  3. Pour & Fizz:
Fill the prepared glass with ice and pour in the juice mix. Top off with a splash of lemon-lime soda or sparkling water for a fizzy finish.

  4. Garnish & Serve:
Garnish with skewered Starburst candies or a colorful straw. Add edible glitter or a drop of pink food coloring to intensify the color.

💡 Variations:

  • Creamy Version: Add sweetened condensed milk or coconut milk for a rich, chewy “melted Starburst” vibe.

  • Layered Look: Layer different colored juices carefully over the back of a spoon for a rainbow drip effect.

  • Cocktail Option: Add 1 oz vanilla vodka or whipped cream vodka for an adult version.
