🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna
Ingredients
Crust Layer:

1 package (14 oz) Golden Oreos (crushed)

½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Cream Cheese Layer:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
Strawberry Layer:

2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant cheesecake pudding mix (or vanilla if not available)

3 cups cold milk

1 cup whipped topping

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Topping:

2 cups whipped topping

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced or halved

½ cup white chocolate shavings or crushed Oreos (optional)
Instructions

Make the Crust:

Crush Golden Oreos into fine crumbs (a food processor works best).

Mix with melted butter until combined.

Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Place in fridge to set.

Cream Cheese Layer:

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.

Spread evenly over the Oreo crust.

Strawberry Cheesecake Layer:

Whisk pudding mixes with cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.

Gently spread over cream cheese layer.

Top with a layer of fresh sliced strawberries.
