Strawberry Pineapple Crush
A vibrant, icy blend of sweet strawberries, tangy pineapple, and zesty lemon — naturally sweetened with honey and perfect for sunny days. This tropical mocktail (or cocktail with a splash of rum) is bursting with bold flavor and gorgeous color!
🍹 Ingredients:

2 oz strawberry purée (fresh or store-bought)

2 oz pineapple juice

1 oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)

1 tbsp honey (or agave syrup)

1 cup ice
🍓 Garnish:

1 fresh strawberry slice

1 pineapple wedge
🧊 Instructions:

Add to blender:
Combine the strawberry purée, pineapple juice, lemon juice, honey, and ice in a blender. -
Blend until smooth:
Blend on high speed until you get a frosty, slushy consistency. -
Taste and adjust:
Add a little more honey if you like it sweeter, or an extra splash of lemon juice for more tang. -
Serve:
Pour into a chilled glass — a highball or stemless wine glass works great. -
