½ oz Strawberry Purée
2 oz Tequila
1 oz Blue Curaçao
½ oz Lime Juice
½ cup Crushed Ice
Optional: Splash of Coconut Cream
Garnish: Fresh strawberry halves, maraschino cherry, mint or basil
In a blender, combine tequila, blue curaçao, lime juice, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a chilled glass, filling about ¾ of the way.
Gently layer strawberry purée on top using the back of a spoon.
Garnish with halved strawberries, a cherry, and fresh mint or basil.
