Passionfruit and cream with a gold swirl

🍸 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)

For the Shot:

• 2 oz passionfruit liqueur (like Passoã or a flavored vodka)

• 1 oz vanilla vodka or whipped cream vodka

• 1 oz coconut cream or half-and-half (for creamy texture)

• 1 oz pineapple juice (for tropical depth)

• 1/2 oz simple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

• Ice (for shaking)

For the Swirl & Garnish:

• Edible gold luster dust or edible gold glitter (available online or at baking stores)

• Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

• Tiny golden star sprinkles or gold sugar crystals (optional)

✨ Instructions

1. Mix the Base:

   • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine:

     • Passionfruit liqueur

     • Vanilla vodka

     • Coconut cream or half-and-half

     • Pineapple juice

     • Simple syrup (if desired)

2. Shake & Swirl:

   • Add about 1/8 tsp of edible gold luster dust to the shaker before shaking.

   • Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill and mix thoroughly — the gold will create a mesmerizing shimmer.

3. Pour & Shine:

   • Strain into shot glasses. You should see the golden swirl glimmer as the cream blends with the fruit.

4. Top It Off (Optional):

   • Add a dollop of whipped cream.

   • Sprinkle with golden star sprinkles or gold sugar for an extra sunkissed sparkle.
