• 3 oz orange juice (fresh-squeezed for best flavor)

• 2 oz pineapple juice

• 3 oz sparkling water (plain or lightly flavored citrus)

• Garnish: orange slice, pineapple wedge, or maraschino cherry

🧊 Instructions:

1. Fill a glass with ice:
   Use a tall glass (like a highball or Collins glass) and fill it with ice.

2. Add the juices:
   Pour in the orange juice and pineapple juice. Stir gently to combine.

3. Add the sparkle:
   Slowly top with sparkling water. Stir once, gently, to preserve the fizz.

4. Optional sunrise effect:
   For that beautiful sunrise gradient, slowly pour a splash (½ oz) of grenadine down the side of the glass. It will settle at the bottom and create a gorgeous layered look.
