🌅 Sunset Fizz Shots
Papaya and cherry layered with glowing syrup.
🍸 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)
🔸 Bottom Cherry Layer:

2 oz cherry liqueur (or cherry vodka + splash of grenadine)

1 oz cranberry juice (deepens color)

Optional: 1/4 tsp edible red shimmer or glitter
🔸 Top Papaya Layer:

2 oz papaya nectar or puree
-
1 oz coconut rum (or plain white rum)
-
1 oz tonic water (for glow)
-
1/2 oz lime juice (adds brightness)
-
1/2 tsp orange or gold edible glitter (for shimmer)

Ice (for shaking)
✨ Glowing Syrup Drizzle:

1 tbsp corn syrup or honey
-
1 tsp tonic water (for glow under blacklight)

1 drop orange or gold food coloring
-
Optional: pinch of citric acid for tart sparkle
🧃 Instructions
1. Prepare the Syrup
Mix corn syrup with tonic water and orange food coloring.
Add citric acid if desired. Chill until thick but pourable.
2. Layer the Shots

Add the Cherry Base:
Pour the cherry liqueur and cranberry juice into the bottom of each shot glass. (You can mix with red shimmer for a glowing ruby base.) -
Carefully Mix the Papaya Layer:
In a shaker with ice, combine:-
Papaya nectar

Coconut rum
-
Lime juice
-
Tonic water
-
Gold or orange edible glitter
Shake well.

Float the Papaya Layer:
Slowly pour the papaya mix over the back of a spoon to float it gently over the cherry layer for a beautiful two-tone effect.
3. Finish with Glowing Syrup
Drizzle the glowing orange syrup down the inside of each shot glass.
It should create glowing streaks that mimic sunset rays.
