🌅 Sunset Slam Shots

Layered mango, cherry, and pineapple with a neon fade

Ingredients (Makes 8–10 shots):

• 1/4 cup mango nectar (chilled)

• 1/4 cup pineapple juice (chilled)

• 1/4 cup cherry liqueur (like Cherry Heering or grenadine for non-alcoholic option)

• 1/4 cup coconut rum or white rum

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• Ice (for shaking)

• Edible neon shimmer dust (optional, for fade effect)

Instructions:

1. In a shaker, combine mango nectar, pineapple juice, rum, and lemon juice with ice. Shake well.

2. Add a pinch of edible neon shimmer dust if using.

3. Pour a small amount of cherry liqueur or grenadine into each shot glass to form the bottom layer.

4. Slowly pour the mango-pineapple mix over the back of a spoon to float it on top, creating a layered sunset look.

5. Serve immediately to show off the fade and enjoy the fruity slam!
