Sweet and Spicy Honey Butter Salmon
Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

3 tbsp honey
-
2 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:

Pat salmon dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic.

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until melted and sizzling.

Add salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 4–5 minutes.

Flip salmon and pour the honey mixture over the top.

Spoon the sauce over the salmon as it cooks for another 3–4 minutes, until glazed and cooked through.

Remove from heat and drizzle with remaining sauce from the pan.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
