1 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Sliced green onions & sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
-
Preheat Oven:
-
Set to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment for easy cleanup.
-
-
Make the Glaze:
-
In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
-
-
Prepare the Salmon:

Pat salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
-
Place them skin-side down on the baking sheet.
-

Glaze & Bake:
-
Brush each fillet generously with the sweet chili glaze.
-
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
-
-
Broil for Shine:
-
For that caramelized, glossy finish, switch oven to broil for the last 1–2 minutes. Watch closely to avoid burning!
-

-
Spoon extra glaze over the salmon.
