🍬 Taffy Twist Shots

Blue raspberry meets banana in a sweet, candy-colored swirl shot.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz blue raspberry vodka (e.g., UV Blue)

• 1 oz banana liqueur (e.g., 99 Bananas or Bols Banana)

• ½ oz cream of coconut or vanilla liqueur (optional for creamy twist)

• Splash of lemon-lime soda or club soda (for a fizzy finish)

• Whipped cream (optional)

• Blue & yellow sugar crystals or taffy candy for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Rim (Optional):

   • Dip shot glass rims in lemon juice or simple syrup.

   • Roll in blue or yellow sanding sugar for extra flair.

2. Mix the Shot:

   • In a shaker with ice, combine:

     • Blue raspberry vodka

     • Banana liqueur

     • Cream of coconut or vanilla liqueur (if using)

   • Shake until chilled.

3. Pour & Serve:

   • Strain into prepared shot glasses.

   • Add a small splash of soda on top for a light pop.

   • Top with a swirl of whipped cream if desired.

4. Garnish:

   • Skewer a piece of blue or banana taffy on a cocktail pick, or drop a mini piece into the glass.
