🔥🍍 Tiki Torch Shots

Rum, passionfruit, and a spicy aftershock — tiki bar chaos in one gulp.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz spiced rum (like Captain Morgan or Kraken)

• ½ oz passionfruit liqueur or juice

• ¼ oz cinnamon schnapps (like Aftershock or Goldschläger)

• Optional: Dash of fresh lime juice for balance

• Garnish: Chili sugar rim or tiny flaming lime wedge (see below)

Instructions:

1. Rim shot glasses with chili sugar (mix sugar + a pinch of cayenne or Tajín).

2. In a shaker with ice, combine spiced rum, passionfruit liqueur, and cinnamon schnapps.

3. Shake until chilled and strain into rimmed shot glasses.

4. Optional: Add a small drop of lime juice to brighten the flavors.

5. For drama, float a lime wedge soaked in overproof rum and (carefully!) light it for a flaming tiki effect.
