A wild tropical fruit fusion layered with a warm spice kick—crowned with glittering shimmer for that fiery island finish.


🍍 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)

🌈 For the Shot Base:

  • 1 oz passionfruit juice (or passionfruit syrup + splash of water)

  • 1 oz pineapple juice (cold)

  • 1 oz mango rum (or spiced rum + splash of mango nectar)

  • 1 oz peach schnapps

  • 1/2 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 1/4 tsp grenadine (optional—for color and depth)

  • Ice (for shaking)

✨ For the Shimmer Top:

  • 1/2 oz cinnamon schnapps or Fireball (per shot or drizzled after pouring)

  • Pinch of edible gold or copper luster dust (spicy shimmer!)

  • Optional: dash of cayenne or chili powder in sugar for heat-sparkled rim


🌴 For the Rim & Garnish:

  • Lime wedge (for rimming)

  • Gold or red sugar + pinch of chili powder (rim blend)

  • Tiny pineapple wedges, dried fruit slices, or flamingo picks (optional)


🍸 Instructions

  1. Rim the Shot Glasses

    • Rub lime around each rim.

    • Dip in a mix of gold or red sugar + a touch of chili powder for a sweet heat finish. Set aside.

  2. Shake the Tiki Base

    • In a shaker with ice, combine:

      • Passionfruit juice

      • Pineapple juice

      • Mango rum

      • Peach schnapps

      • Lime juice

      • Grenadine (if using)

    • Shake well until chilled and lightly frothy.

  3. Strain and Pour

    • Strain the mixture evenly into prepared shot glasses, filling about 3/4 full.

  4. Spicy Shimmer Top

    • In a small cup, mix cinnamon schnapps with a tiny pinch of edible shimmer.

    • Gently float or drizzle over each shot for a shimmering spicy topper.

    • Optional: Torch a little cinnamon sugar on top for drama (only if flame-safe).
