Description

 Tropical Breeze (Mocktail or Cocktail)

Servings: 1
Style: Frozen • Tropical • Swirled • Creamy

🌴 Ingredients:

  • 2 oz mango juice

  • 2 oz pineapple purée (or pineapple juice)

  • 2 oz cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)

  • 1½ cups crushed ice

  • 1 scoop vanilla frozen yogurt (optional, for added creaminess)

  • Whipped cream, for topping

  • Pineapple wedge, for garnish

Optional (for cocktail version):

  • 1½ oz white rum or coconut rum (like Malibu)

🧊 Instructions:

  1. Blend the base:

    • In a blender, combine mango juice, pineapple purée or juice, cream of coconut, crushed ice, and vanilla frozen yogurt (if using).

    • If making it a cocktail, add the rum at this stage.

    • Blend until smooth and thick.

  2. Pour & swirl:

    • Pour into a chilled glass. For a swirled effect, blend mango and pineapple separately with half the coconut cream each, then layer them into the glass.

  3. Top it off:

    • Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top.

  4. Garnish:

    • Add a pineapple wedge, and optionally a cherry or paper umbrella for a tropical touch.

🏖️ Tips:

  • Want more texture? Toss in a few chunks of frozen mango or pineapple before blending.

  • For an extra cold version, freeze the juice in cubes beforehand and blend those instead of using regular ice.
