🌅 Tropical Strip Shots (Sunset Layered Shots)

🧾 Ingredients (for 4 shots)

• 1 oz coconut rum (Malibu or similar)

• 1 oz mango juice (or mango nectar)

• 1 oz pineapple juice

• ½ oz grenadine (for effect, optional)

• Ice (for chilling)

• Bar spoon or small spoon (for layering)

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Chill all ingredients in advance or shake with ice separately and strain.

2. Start with Pineapple Juice
   Pour pineapple juice into the bottom third of each shot glass.

3. Layer Mango Juice
   Slowly pour mango juice over the back of a spoon to create the middle layer.

4. Top with Coconut Rum
   Again, slowly pour the coconut rum over the back of a spoon to layer it on top.

5. (Optional Sunset Effect)
   Add a few drops of grenadine down the side of the glass—it’ll settle at the bottom and create a fiery “sunset” glow.

• For a creamier coconut top, mix coconut rum with a splash of coconut cream.

• Use juices with different sugar contents for perfect separation—heavier (sweeter) juices sink, lighter (less sweet or alcoholic) rise.
