Instructions:

1. Prepare your glasses by adding crushed ice evenly to each.

2. In a shaker or mixing cup, stir together the passion fruit purée and orange juice until smooth.

3. Pour the fruit mixture over the ice in both glasses.

4. Top off each glass with soda water (or lemon-lime soda), pouring gently to preserve the layered look.
