🌴⚡ Tropical Voltage Shots ⚡🌴

Pineapple & Passionfruit with Neon Glow Drops

✨ Ingredients (Makes ~8 shots):

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice (chilled)

  • 1/2 cup passionfruit juice (chilled or passionfruit nectar)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (for tang)

  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • Neon glow drops (see below)

  • Ice (optional)

  • Cocktail version: Add 1/2 cup coconut rum or vodka

  • Mocktail version: Skip alcohol

💡 Neon Glow Drops (DIY):

For glowing effect under blacklight:

  • 2 tablespoons tonic water (contains quinine which glows under UV light)

  • Neon food coloring (blue, green, or yellow—gel or liquid)

To make: Mix tonic water with 2-3 drops of neon food coloring. Use a dropper to add glowing drops to each shot glass after pouring the juice.

🥃 Directions:

  1. Mix the base:
In a shaker or pitcher, combine pineapple juice, passionfruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
(Add rum or vodka here if making the cocktail version.)

  2. Shake or stir well over ice to chill.

  3. Pour into shot glasses, filling each about 3/4 full.

  4. Add Neon Glow Drops:
Use a dropper or spoon to drip a few neon tonic drops into each shot glass. They’ll sink or swirl, creating a glowing lava-lamp effect.

  5. Serve immediately under blacklight for the full neon impact!
Garnish with mini pineapple wedges or passionfruit seeds on the rim if desired.

🔥 Pro Tips:

  • Want a thicker texture? Add a splash of mango nectar.

  • For a fizzy twist, top with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda.

  • Chill shot glasses in the freezer for extra refreshment.
