Description

🧙‍♀️ Twilight Witch Shots

Layered purple and orange glow in a magical shot glass.

💜🧡 Ingredients:

Bottom (Purple) Layer:

  • 1 oz grape juice or black raspberry liqueur (like Chambord)

  • ½ oz blue curaçao (or blue sports drink for non-alcoholic)

  • Drop of neon purple or blue food coloring (optional for glow)

Top (Orange) Layer:

  • 1 oz orange juice

  • ½ oz peach schnapps or orange soda (non-alcoholic version)

  • Drop of neon orange food coloring (optional for blacklight glow)

Extras:

  • Edible shimmer or glitter (optional, for a magical sparkle)

  • Black sugar rim (optional)

  • Spoon (for layering)

  • Dry ice (tiny chips for display, not for direct contact with mouth)

🌒 Instructions:

  1. Rim the shot glass with black sugar for an enchanting touch (rub rim with a little juice, then dip in sugar).

  2. Make the purple base by mixing grape juice and blue curaçao (or substitute) with edible glitter. Gently pour into the shot glass.

  3. Layer the orange top: Place a spoon over the purple layer, bowl side down. Slowly pour the orange juice/peach schnapps mix over the back of the spoon so it floats gently on top.

  4. Let the layers settle. Add a pinch of edible glitter on top if desired.

  5. Optional: Add a small chip of dry ice to each glass before serving for a smoky witchy effect (do not consume until fog disappears!).

🧪 Tips:

  • Serve under blacklight to enhance the neon glow.

  • Use clear glass to show off the vibrant twilight layers.

  • Want it sweeter? Add a splash of grenadine before layering for a sunset gradient.
