🍭 Ingredients (Makes 4–6 shots):

Shot Base:

• 1 oz whipped cream vodka

• 1 oz cream soda

• 1/2 oz vanilla liqueur (optional, for extra creaminess)

• Splash of half-and-half or milk (optional for extra fluff)

Shimmer Foam Topping:

• 1/4 cup heavy cream

• 1 tsp powdered sugar

• 1/4 tsp edible pearl shimmer dust or luster dust

Decoration:
