Ingredients
For the whipped feta base:

Instructions
Step 1: Make whipped feta base
In a food processor or mixer, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Process for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread into a shallow serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 2: Prepare bruschetta topping
In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, red onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and salt. Gently toss together and let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
