Description

Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 lb each)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.

  2. Season the pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. Sear the tenderloins in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat until browned on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.

  4. Transfer pork to the prepared baking dish.

  5. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

  6. Brush half of the glaze over the pork tenderloins.

  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  8. Brush with remaining glaze and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  9. Serve warm, spooning extra glaze over the top for a glossy finish.
