Garlic Herb Butter Pork Chops with Apples
Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter
-
3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1 tsp dried thyme
-
1 tsp dried rosemary
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 apples, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Gala work best)

1 small onion, thinly sliced

½ cup chicken broth
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tbsp honey
-
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, thyme, and rosemary.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add garlic, sliced apples, and onion. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until lightly softened.

Stir in chicken broth, Dijon mustard, and honey. Bring to a simmer.

Return the pork chops to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the top.

Reduce heat, cover, and cook 5–7 minutes until pork chops are cooked through and apples are tender.

Garnish with parsley and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
